These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 26superph ("26superph," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the 26superph website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) associated with your 26superph account. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 26superph staff will never ask for your password through any channel. You agree to notify 26superph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
All activity conducted through your 26superph account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. 26superph bears no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. 26superph may apply an inactivity administration fee to inactive account balances in accordance with its published fee schedule. Players will receive prior notice before any deduction is applied. Any remaining balance is always available for withdrawal subject to KYC requirements.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 26superph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to the appropriate Philippine authorities:
Each game available on 26superph is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that particular game.

In the event of a game malfunction, technical failure, or communication error, 26superph reserves the right to void bets affected by the malfunction. 26superph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level. GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your 26superph wallet within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take 15–30 minutes. 26superph does not charge deposit processing fees, but your payment provider's own fees may apply.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods registered in your verified 26superph account. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 26superph targets processing of withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval; GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically faster. 26superph reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks on large withdrawals.
All transactions on 26superph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No foreign currency conversion is applied. Players are not subject to currency exchange risks or conversion fees on the Platform.
26superph is required by Philippine law to monitor transactions for signs of money laundering or terrorist financing. Transactions that trigger compliance alerts may be delayed or blocked pending investigation. 26superph may be required to report such transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) without prior notice to the Player.
Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to individual terms, including wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), and expiry periods. Specific terms for each promotion are published on the relevant promotion page and take precedence over these general Terms in matters specific to that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the stated expiry period; any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited on expiry.
26superph actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without meaningful betting risk; multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses; and collusion between players to abuse referral programs. Where abuse is detected, 26superph reserves the right to void bonuses and all associated winnings, and to restrict or terminate the relevant accounts.
26superph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time. Players who have already opted in to an active promotion will be afforded reasonable notice of any material changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 26superph and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or the cost of substitute services.
26superph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 26superph account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits 26superph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
26superph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold or void balances, at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has: breached these Terms; engaged in fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal conduct; or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 26superph support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any applicable inactivity fees and after deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to KYC requirements.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute regarding any aspect of the 26superph Platform, you must first contact 26superph's customer support to attempt resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct customer support within a reasonable period, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interlocutory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
26superph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least fourteen (14) days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
